Cancellation Policy

 

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before date of booking.

• No deposit required however we do require credit card details on booking (may be used for verification purposes).

• 50% of total booking will be charged if cancelled between 7 – 14 days of booking.

• 100% of total booking will be charged if cancelled within 7 days or less of booking.

• If we can refill the rooms you will only be charged for losses incurred.

Check in Policy

​

• Check in 3.00pm – 7.00 pm, check out 10.00 am.

• Early or late check in/checkout available on request but will be subject to availability at the time.

• No minimum nights stay required

 

Points to note

​

• Accommodation bookings made through our Air B&B Calendar will incur a service fee on payment. This is something beyond our control which we cannot refund or discount. 

• To make a direct booking please email or ring Keriwin for special rates.

• A booking in considered confirmed once credit card details have been provided. 

• The property is an entirely smoke and vape free environment.
